Know the Truth

Mr. Manchester gave $125,000 contribution to “Yes on 8” campaign.
After passage, the gay community focused its anger at Mr. Manchester, and others, by initiating a well organized boycott and negative press generating campaign.
Local union, Unite Here, sensing a vulnerability, latched onto this opportunity to press for unionization of the property, bringing up old and baseless charges about Room Attendants.
Unite Here initiated an aggressive proactive campaign to divert existing convention business.
Activists have ignored Hyatt’s strong and lengthy history of diversity, equality and support for the gay and lesbian community in order to go after Mr. Manchester and Manchester Grand Hyatt.
